Geoduck, Horse, Native Small Neck (Manila), Butter, Cockle, and Eastern Softshell clams are among those found in abundance.

Eating at the dining room table during high tide can make one feel that they are on a cruise ship in this home!

The wrap around Trex deck is over 1,500 square feet with plenty of room to entertain large groups of family and/or guests.

Enjoy a Crab Fest featuring delicious Dungeness and Rock Crab caught right in front of your home. Dingy and crab pots come with the home. It is not unusual to catch the daily limit for crab. The new owners will be given the secret bait recipe!

Perfect beach for kayaking! Many kids and adults enjoyed their first solo kayak ride on this beach. At high tide, the water is shallow for 30 yards out, allowing younger kids to safely climb in and out right on the beach.

Enjoy a bonfire on the beach just a few feet from the back deck. On the 4th of July one can see over 14 firework displays taking place in the east. S'mores anyone?
